To-Do List Notion Template

This to-do list template is a versatile tool to help you efficiently manage your tasks. It features options for setting task priorities, due dates, and other key configurations. It also includes multiple views to help you organize and understand your tasks.

Instructions

Follow these steps to get started with the template.

1. Open the template

Click the Open Template button above to view the template.

Select Start with this template at the top right.

This will open the template in your current Notion workspace:

Ensure the correct workspace is selected, then click the button.

2. Customize the template

Notion will duplicate the template. From there, you can customize the template.

One great way to start is by duplicating the template database without the example content.

To do this, click the three dots at the top right, then select Duplicate > Duplicate without content. You can also use Cmd+Shift+D as a keyboard shortcut.

This will create a fresh copy of the database without any data. It will still include all the other template features, such as views, labels, and configurations.
